We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was right in front of the ski slopes, near the ski lift, and even right next to the Gondola leading up to Cerna Hora. The convenience of being able to ski straight from the hotel was a huge plus for us.
Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel should definitely consider staying here.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it is steps away from the ski lift and gondola leading up to the mountain. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy with comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless with modern amenities. the customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the breakfast was included in the stay, and it was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a restaurant serving delicious traditional Czech cuisine at reasonable prices.
The check-in process was a bit confusing, as we had to enter a sports shop to receive our keys instead of a traditional reception area.

The hotel has well-equipped rooms with great facilities that made my business trip very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to local attractions and shopping areas. Another great benefit was the restaurant that served a good variety of tasty food at affordable prices.
The check-in process was a little bit confusing as the reception is not the typical one, but rather within a sports shop. Some signage to help guide guests would be helpful.

We had a weekend getaway in a hotel in the mountain area, and there were two things that stood out: the location and the breakfast. the hotel was perfectly situated next to the ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes. It was also only a short walk to the cute town for a little shopping and dining after skiing. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, plenty to keep us fueled for our active day.
Our weekend was spoiled by the customer service. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our requests and acted annoyed when we needed anything.
